Christophe joined Classic Fine Foods in October 2018 as Chief Executive Officer after some considerable international experience within METRO where he had brought about many successful transformations. In addition to his CEO role, Christophe is responsible for the company’s business in Hong Kong/Macau and China.

PAUL YOUNG,

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

A chartered accountant with more than 20 years’ experience in the consumer goods and distribution industries, Paul joined Classic Fine Foods in 2011. Today, he is the Chief Financial Officer of the company, responsible for the overall financial functioning of the group, as well as for operating businesses in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

OLIVIER BATEL,

GROUP COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Olivier joined Classic Fine Foods in 2006 as General Manager for the UK and was appointed Group Commercial Director at the beginning of 2019. Olivier has been instrumental in developing the company’s activity by setting up THETASTELAB, building close partnerships with leading chefs in Britain, and Classic Fine Foods’s support of the UK Pastry Team.

PATRICK LESIEUR,

GROUP OPERATIONS AND HR DIRECTOR

Patrick joined Classic Fine Foods in 2019 as Group Operations and HR Director after an international career in luxury Hotel and Wholesale/ Retail sectors in various locations accross the globe and extensive experience in Human Resource within METRO. He also manages the company’s business in Vietnam, Dubai, Philippines and Japan.
